You can either complete the enquiry form or book a call for a creative briefing session. Bespoke gifting applies for a minimum of 50 gifts or $3000 minimum spend. Please note that our Bespoke service incurs a curation fee of $250+GST invoiced prior to work commencing. This fee is redeemable on your first order. This fee includes one round of changes. Subsequent changes are charged at $125+ GST p/h.

Yes Absolutely! We have a huge array of bundles that would suit employee gifts. Even better, we have developed an Amazing employee gifting portal that we can make available for clients to select a suite of gifts that enables their employees to choose their own bundle. This option is available for clients who order 100+ gifts. Yes, Absolutely! Customisation is what we do best! Please provide us a copy of your logo in a vector file format such as eps or ai for the best results, at least 500KB in size (we do not accept PNG files). Please note that branded products could add to your lead time depending on the quantity ordered, our team can provide you a guide on this.

Lead times will depend on the size of your order. Generally we can turn around orders under 5 within 1-3 days. Higher quantities could take up to 2 weeks from order date. We place the logo in the middle of the box.
Depending on the logo and box size, it will be created between 150mm and 180mm wide unless otherwise requested.

Artwork proofs can be requested and charged at $15 inc GST

Given we brand on a few different products, the logo placement will differ a little by product type.

However, for the best guide by product:

Boards: Wooden boards, bottom right corner. Marble boards bottom left corner.
For glasses: the logo will be placed in the bottom third of the glass at the flattest edge of the glass.
For the cocktail shaker: the logo will be placed in the middle.
For stationery items: (journal/laptop sleeve): the monogram initials will be placed in the bottom right corner

Yes, we offer white or black gift boxes. Please select the colour at the cart. We also offer a choice of box wrap or branding to suit your style.

We are happy to include branding for the gift box, sticker seal and gift card free of charge.

The cost to add a brand to products is as follows: boards, cocktail shaker & monogramming products will be $5+gst and $3+gst for glasses and coasters.

To ensure the best quality outcome of your logo for the box or product branding, please provide us your logo file as an EPS or Ai file format. We do not accept PNG files. If you do not have the file in this format, please contact us on 1300 136 217 and we may be able to recommend a service to convert your logo.

For orders placed on the website, customers can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Amex), Applepay, Paypal or Direct deposit or feel free to contact us to arrange an invoice for bank transfer.

We are unable to guarantee an actual delivery date, however we will do our very best to deliver within a set timeframe based on the lead times provided by the freight forwarder. Lead times will differ depending on the order size. If you order a single bundle before noon, we will dispatch the bundle on the same day. For all orders greater than 1, we will aim to commence the preparation of your Bundle order within 24 hours. The lead time to pack your order will depend on the volume and level of customisation and we will aim to dispatch within 2 weeks from order or upon proof approval of any branding elements. Tracking details will be sent to you at the time of dispatch via the email address provided. Tracking updates will be provided either via the freight forwarder or our warehouse team once it dispatches.

We pack the bundles with lots of love and attention to ensure they arrive safely, however we unable to control the delivery aspect and understand that gifts could arrive damaged. Yes absolutely! Add all of your bundles into the cart on the one order. Select the $14.95 shipping option (direct to recipient). Complete your order as normal - you can just put your business address in the delivery address details. Then download this BULK ORDER FORM, complete your address details and send back to hello@stylebundle.com.au. Please contact our lovely customer service team on 1300136217 if you have any questions.

For bulk orders, we need to ensure there will be someone to accept the delivery during business hours. For individual gifts, the sender will have the option to select ATL (Authority to Leave) at the checkout

The lead time for a bespoke order will vary greatly as this is a very creative process. We will aim to work as quick as we can once your brief has been agreed. The timing will also depend on the nature of the product to be sourced and related lead times. Once you have briefed our team, they will be able to provide a guide on the overall lead time.

Yes, Style Bundle offers free shipping for bulk orders over 5 Bundles.

That’s Ok, mistakes happen. If the order has not dispatched, we will aim to update the delivery address in our system. However, once dispatched, you will be required to make the change with the freight provider. If the parcel is delivered incorrectly and is returned to us, we will need to pass on the return fee of $12+gst. We are happy to re-send the parcel at a re-direction fee of $14.95+gst. You will receive a separate invoice for these charges and the parcel will be dispatched upon payment.

Our standard freight options do not allow for same day delivery. If you order a single bundle before noon, we will dispatch your order from our warehouse on the same day. Depending on the postage option you select at the cart, we will send it via Australia post standard or express post. The delivery lead times can be located on the Australia Post website https://auspost.com.au/business/shipping/delivery-speeds-and-coverage.

When your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email or text message with your tracking information. You can use the tracking number on the Australia post tracking website to see the progress of your parcel. Style Bundle are not able to access any different information than what is available on this Australia Post site, so we ask the customer to follow this up.

Style Bundle are not able to access any different information than what is available on this site, so we ask the customer to follow this up.

At style Bundle, we are very conscious of the environment and would very much encourage our customers to re-use the gift box for another purpose. The gift box can be recycled without a ribbon attached. The packaging materials we use are all able to be recycled, we use Brownkraft paper to pack the gift boxes inside the shippers for protection and biodegradable tape to seal the shippers.

We donate 0.5% of the value of each bundle sold to i= change to support one of the three life saving projects we have chosen.

Yes, we can offer any of our pre-curated Bundles at Christmas! Choose one of four gold-foiled box wraps to add a creative touch.

No, you can order one bundle of any gift! Why not treat your family or partner too?

The cut off for Christmas orders is 6th December for Metro and 11th December for Regional. Note: for bundles with branding, please discuss timing with our customer team prior to ordering so we can ensure your Bundles will arrive in time.
