Do you offer Refunds?

Style Bundle is committed to providing superior products and service – in perfect condition every time. If your item is faulty, doesn’t arrive in the condition we sent it or doesn’t arrive at all we will happily give you a refund or re-deliver your gift. Please email us at hello@stylebundle.com.au within 7 days of delivery to talk to us about we can favourably manage a resolution.

If, however, you have made a mistake or given us incorrect information we will work with you and try our best to rectify the situation however it is your responsibility to make sure the address, delivery instructions and information you give us are correct. Unfortunately we are unable to refund if you change your mind if you have already approved/we have ordered art-work on your behalf or it has already been sent.

Do you offer Returns?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please email hello@stylebundle.com.au to arrange a return (at your cost) within 7 days of receiving the goods. You must ensure your bundle is in its original packaging, had not been used and is in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. Once your return is received and reviewed, we will get in touch to let you know if we can refund or re-deliver. If your bundle/s are to be refunded, it can be sent via direct debit or applied to your credit card. Please note that in some instances, client contracts do not offer refunds.

Can I swap an item in the bundle once it is received?

We are only able to replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@stylebundle.com.au.

Can I return expired food or drink items?

We always aim to have at least 3 months life of food and drink items.  However, If you discover any of your food or drink items are expired, we will offer a replacement of the expired product within 7 days of your order being delivered.  It is the responsibility of the recipient to check the contents of the order within 7 days of receiving their order.  For clients who order bulk gifts and send them over a period of time, we cannot replace expired items after 7 days of your order being delivered.  We ask that all bulk orders are checked on arrival and issues raised to us within 7 days.
