Absolutely! We have a huge array of bundles that would suit employee gifts. Even better, we have developed an Amazing employee gifting portal that we can make available for clients to select a suite of gifts that enables their employees to choose their own bundle. This option is available for clients who order 100+ gifts. At Style Bundle we pride ourselves on being the gifting experts and enjoy partnering with our clients to develop a solution that suits your style, occasion, theme and budget. We can utilise our extensive supplier relationships to create something entirely custom for you, with inclusions not previously used in any of our bundles. Our creative team would love to have a chat to discuss your needs and suggest a number of options for your consideration. You can either complete the enquiry form or book a call for a creative briefing session. Bespoke gifting applies for a minimum of $5000 spend. Under $5000 spend will incur a curation fee of $250 inc GST invoiced prior to work commencing. This fee includes one round of changes. Subsequent changes are charged at $125+ GST p/h.

When you have added your gifts to the cart, you have the option to send some or all of them directly to different addresses. This is a custom solution we have developed to suit our customer's needs, however the final page of the checkout cannot be altered with our web platform provider, and is a requirement that a shipping address be included on this page. Rest assured that if you selected to send your gifts to multiple addresses, we will use the addresses you provided during the checkout process for your selection.
Customisation
Yes, Absolutely! Customisation is what we do best! When adding your bundles to the cart, you will be prompted to provide a copy of your logo in a vector file format such as eps or ai for the best results, at least 500KB in size (we do not accept PNG files).
Adding your brand to the box, sticker seal and complimentary gift card is included free with every online order.
To ensure the best quality outcome of your logo for the box or product branding, please provide us your logo file as an EPS, Ai or PDF file format. We do not accept PNG files. If you do not have the file in this format, there are many online platforms that offer file converting from PNG to EPS, or PNG to a Vector file.
Lead times vary depending on the size of your order. For orders under 5 gifts, the lead time for adding branding to your gifts is 1 -5 business days, but this may extend during peak periods. For orders over 5 gifts, the lead time is 5 - 10 business days. If your order is urgent, please get in touch with our team before ordering to confirm whether your timeframe is achievable.
We place the logo in the middle of the box.
Depending on the logo and box size, it will be created between 150mm and 180mm wide unless otherwise requested.
Artwork proofs can be requested and charged at $15 inc GST

Marble boards, wooden boards, glassware, tea towel belly band, beach towels, picnic cooler and wine bags, picnic rug, picnic basket lid, journals, laptop sleeves and cocktail shaker, key ring tag, candle labels, cocktail labels.
Here is a guide based on each product that can be branded. Note that extra fees apply for branded products which is shown at the time of adding your gifts to the cart.
Boards: Wooden boards, bottom right corner. Marble boards bottom left corner.
For glasses: the logo will be placed in the bottom third of the glass at the flattest edge of the glass.
For the cocktail shaker: the logo will be placed in the middle.
For stationery items: (journal/laptop sleeve): the monogram initials will be placed in the bottom right corner

We are happy to arrange a proof of your artwork for $15 inc GST. Please request this at the time of order.

We offer white or black gift boxes which can be selected at the time of adding your gift to your cart. We also offer a choice of box wrap or branding to suit your style.
Pricing
Yes, all online prices are inclusive of GST.
We offer free delivery for orders over 4 Bundles sending to a single address.
For orders placed on the website, customers can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Amex), Applepay, Paypal or Direct deposit. A tax invoice is provided upon completion of your order.
Shipping & Delivery
For all online orders, shipping is charged at $14.95 per gift or is FREE for orders of 4+ gifts sending to a single address.
We offer an Express Post upgrade for $19.95 per gift.
For gifts sending directly to different addresses, our standard shipping cost of $14.95 applies to each address.
Yes we can! For $14.95 per gift, we can send your gifts directly to your recipients on your behalf. Simply add your gift selections and quantities to your cart and you'll be prompted for your recipients' address information when you checkout, done easily online at the time of ordering or supplied later at a time convenient for you by completing our Bulk Postage Form. We can process up to 100 orders at one time online, all sending directly to different addresses.
Lead times will differ depending on the order size. We aim to begin processing your order within 24-48 hours, excluding all Victorian public holidays.
The lead time to pack your order will depend on the volume and level of customisation and we aim to dispatch within 1-10 business days or upon artwork approval of any branding elements. We are unable to offer same day delivery or guarantee an actual delivery date, however we will do our very best to deliver within a set timeframe based on the lead times provided by the freight forwarder. Freight lead times will differ by state and are published on the Australia Post website https://auspost.com.au/business/shipping/delivery-speeds-and-coverage

Style Bundle deliver Australia wide. For unique circumstances in bulk orders, we may be able to deliver certain bundles internationally on request.
Yes, Style Bundle are happy to discuss holding your bundles for bulk orders over 50.

Tracking details will be sent to you at the time of dispatch via the email address provided. Tracking updates will be provided either via the freight forwarder or our warehouse team once it dispatches.
Style Bundle are not able to access any different information than what is available on the Australia Post tracking site, so we ask the customer to follow this up.

Our gifts are sent via Australia Post or courier depending on your volume and location.
Our Amazing warehouse team pack your gift bundles by hand with lots of love and attention to detail! We're made up of 15 warehouse staff with a whole lot of creativity, youth, experience and love between us all.
We pack the bundles with lots of love and attention to ensure they arrive safely, however we are unable to control the delivery aspect and understand that gifts could arrive damaged on occasion. If this happens, please take a photo of the damage and contact our lovely customer service team on 1300136217 or hello@stylebundle.com.au to discuss this further.
Unfortunately, due to the size of the bundles, we do not deliver to P.O Boxes
For bulk orders, we need to ensure there will be someone to accept the delivery during business hours. For individual gifts, the sender will have the option to select ATL (Authority to Leave) at the checkout.
Bespoke orders are a unique process, where bundles are created entirely from scratch to suit your unique needs. Therefore, this process can vary depending on the products being sourced and your branding options chosen.
Our creative team can work to tight deadlines, however please expect 1-2 weeks for the initial briefing and creative stage to receive your creative concepts.
From there, the timing based on your product selection will be communicated.
We understand that mistakes can happen. If the order has not dispatched, we will aim to update the delivery address in our system. However, once dispatched, you will be required to make the change with the freight provider. If the parcel is delivered incorrectly and is returned to us, we will need to pass on the return fee of $12+gst. We are happy to re-send the parcel at a re-direction fee of $14.95 inc GST ($24.95 for Bundles with an Esky). You will receive a separate invoice for these charges and the parcel will be dispatched upon payment.
Doing good
At Style Bundle, we are very conscious of the environment and would very much encourage our customers to re-use the gift box for another purpose. The gift box can be recycled without a ribbon attached. The packaging materials we use are all able to be recycled, we use Brownkraft paper to pack the gift boxes inside the shippers for protection and biodegradable tape to seal the shippers.
We also offer sustainable mailer boxes for any bespoke orders.
We donate 0.5% of the value of each bundle sold to i= change to support one of the three life saving projects we have chosen.
