We will only collect personal information directly from you or a person authorised to provide this information on your behalf.  If you do not provide us with all the information we require to process your order, we may be unable to fulfil your order.

Style Bundle will only use your personal information to:

• Fulfil your purchase orders for our products or donations

• Provide you with information about our products, sales, new ranges, events or other promotional information (only if you opt in to these communications);

• Maintain & update your account with us or ;

• Maintain, administer and improve our internal systems.

We will never sell or rent your information to a third party. We will only  disclose personal information about you if it is required for a relevant purpose, e.g. giving your contact details to a delivery company or if we are required by law to disclose such information.
We do use cookies. Cookies are small files that live on your computer and which keep track of your movements within a site. We use them only so that we can store your shopping cart contents.

Style Bundle’s credit card transactions are fulfilled by an authorised banking institution. When collecting credit card information for online purchases, Style Bundle offers secured server transactions that encrypt your information in transit to prevent others from accessing it. All information is stored on a secure server. Your credit card details are encrypted and then removed from our system once your order has been dispatched. We will never store your credit card details.

Accessing your information

You can access and update your personal information by contacting us at hello@stylebundle.com.au. If at any time you wish to change personal information that we hold about you because it is inaccurate or out of date, please contact us and we will amend your information. If you wish to have your personal information deleted, please let us know and we will take all reasonable steps to delete it unless we are obliged by law to keep it. We take complaints very seriously and will respond promptly after receiving written notice of your complaint.

Video Messaging

By adding a video message to your gift, Style Bundle won't share or send your video to anyone outside of the shipping address on the order linked to that video message. Style Bundle print a QR code for your gift recipients to scan and watch your video message when opening their gift. Style Bundle take no responsibility for your video message sharing once your order has left our warehouse.
